ABOUT
Having been active in the non-profit community in a number of capacities including leadership, development staff, volunteer and donor, I know that many Silicon Valley non-profit organizations do so much with very little. Unfortunately, it is difficult to break out of the “scrappy” cycle when there is no budget or manpower to help the organization get to the next level. Strengthening its infrastructure is necessary for growth and a concerted focus on capacity building is vital.
As a Bay Area native with over 20 years of development experience and a veteran of the high-tech, higher education and non-profit worlds, I am uniquely qualified to guide organizations and their leadership through all stages of fundraising. I am passionate about establishing and strengthening relationships that best leverage scarce resources and produce the greatest outcomes.
My experience in leading teams, working closely with executives and community leaders on Boards, participating in multi-million-dollar campaigns, and taking philanthropists through all stages of the development process has given me a holistic approach to fundraising and how best to grow an organization’s reach.
